Hi BB,
I am a great fan of your website at the same time i would like to let you know some thing interesting on your site.
Actually i am trying to apply the filter which is available at left side of the site.
and finally i am trying to list only desktops, but unfortunately i am getting apple hard drives in the list sorted.

check it yourself:

Please take care of this issue.

Thank you.

The link you provided seems to be working now. I show it goes to Desktops and All-in-one computers.

Yeah there are a lot of issues with filtering. I remember a while back I pointed out one in the software area and it was never resolved area. I appreciate you reminding me about this.

@Allan-BBY

I think he meant things like this

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/mac-mini-4gb-memory-500gb-hard-drive/4840634.p?id=1218548287950&skuId=48...

was showing up in his search which is more of a filter issue as that's hardware not actual desktops.

@ AWBrown, The Mac mini would be considered a desktop computer.

I wish the page was updated so that I could make multiple selections before the page updates.

As an example, say I want to look at computers.
I know I want computers with two different values of RAM. After I select the first, the page resets and I have to go back and look for the Memory section a second time and select a second value.

This is much worse if I want a larger range.

If I have more specific components in mind, then I have to go through this ordeal multiple times while researching.

Simple option, put and update button on the page, or a search button.

Maybe you want the customer to only look for a specific class of item out of frustration, rather than possibly choosing a more exepesnsive item (more profit).
