stock purchase program pool. big bonus for a few twice a year

Give every day associates a big reward and the possibility’s to secure their futures.

This Idea is to increase employee buy in in the stock purchase program.

Possible add a little more stability to Best Buy stock.

Simple idea employees who participate in the stock purchase program have the option to put one stock into a pool every time stocks are purchased the pool is split. If 5000 stocks are put in the stocks would be split 5 ways. If 10,000 put split it 5 ways. Twice a year 5 employees would get a huge bonus for doing the stock purchase program. My idea is to help the people on the front lines care more and invest more in their job. Simple way that 10 to 20 people a year could a great bonus just for participating in the stock purchase program.

I do believe we have a number of awards that are in place to reward employees that help grow our business, and it sounds like your idea would add to that list. I would like to hear from other employees if they would see value in your particular idea, if they would change your idea in any way, or if this is just not something they would care about. Thanks for the idea!

Well this is not like the current reward program where you have to be nominated. This would be a program to get more employees to buy stock in best buy. They would have to hold it for a year like they do now but at first 10 sales associates would get a big payback for participating. Best Buy loses way too many talented employees; this would be another way to get them to stay longer.
