I would like to get a text message to my phone when my store pickup up item is ready so I don't miss the email / have to keep checking my email.  There are probably a couple other thinks I would like to get texted in addition to the email.  There should be an option to pick the things I would like to have email, texted, or both.

Interesting Idea. I'm not sure if this would be feasible, but I would be interested if other customers would see the value in receiving a text when their order is ready to be picked up.

Walmart does it. As such it is feasible, just depends on if it is financially feasible for BBY to implement it.

If anything this should be incredibly easy.  With the number of coupons able to be scanned from peoples phone.  It would decrease paper waste and make it easier to have necessary materials when picking something up.

Everyone carries their phone around, not everyone wants to keep track of every paper needed.
