Since paper degrades or can lost easily, it would be nice to see all your Best Buy extended warranty policies online.  From the warranty on your expensive TV to the $40 video game that best buy offers warranties on.  Since this is all in a database it should be easy to link.  Not only does this add value to the reward zone program but cuts down on employees having to look up warranty info in the store.  Especially since some consumers don't realize their warranty has expired and just wasted a trip in to repair their 5 year old gizmo.

We actually do have all of a customer's service plans in one place, which can be accessed through the Service Plan Portal on the Geek Squad's website. I also believe there is a link to this portal in each customer's Reward Zone account. Thanks!

The link you provided doesnt contain a Best Buy site that works properly.  Plus you cant find any links in the reward zone that contains warranty info.

After looking into this it sounds like a customer's Reward Zone account used to have a link to Service Plan Portal I provided, and it appears that this link is no longer there; I stand corrected.

I have no idea why the link I provided isn't working for you, and every time I click on this link it brings me right to the Geek Squad's Service Plan Portal. You can try getting to this portal from BestBuy.com, and then clicking on the Service Plan Portal link under already covered. Thanks!
