Would the average consumer know that BestBuy.com sells luggage sets? How about grills? How about an outdoor fire pit? How about a drum set or even a acoustic guitar?
BestBuy.com sells all these things but I doubt people know this, especially consumers shopping in the store.
My idea or suggestion would be that BB should have more advertising and signs in the store showcasing some of what is available online and maybe even having tablets or computers displaying the product so the shopper can see and potentially purchase.
