Missing points(10% extra on trades) from Gamer`s Club Unlocked(GCU) solution

There`s already an existing way to report missing points from purchases that don`t have the Mybb(MBB) info attached to the receipt. Is there a way to get this added for trades when a rep forgets, doesn`t know we should or how to correctly input the MBB info that triggers the 10%.

I know the employees SHOULD be doing this already but lets be real for minute, check the gaming sections forums you'll consistantly see customers requesting this. Putting this feature in place removes a large portion of those posts freeing up staff to assist with harder issues in a more efficient manner.

If a Gamers Club Unlocked member didn't get the 10% bonus when trading in a game.they should be able to contact us via Social Media, Phone, or email to get this resolved.

I never quite understood why  this system was so manual honestly. GCU should be a tiered product just liek eliteplus, and hence, should show/should automatically  give rewards as programmed.  

 

I agree, something needs to be done, but I do not believe this is the way to do it. Or better wording, not the most efficient way.

The best way to fix it is to update the system but even that won`t overcome a rep who forgets to ask. So again the trade in counters with dedicated staff comes to mind

I understand there`s a cost for the counters but there`s been several suggestions on how a large % or even the entire process could be fully subsidized. Making the trades more profitable & selling more $120 subs would also be a bi-product of the counters. And during busy shopping times there`s potentially two additional registers to speed up checkouts. Even my ideax for allowing customers to begin the trade in process online would have a ripple benefit in speading up the entire trade in process time is money. If you can process just 10 more trades per day that`s over 7,000 trades in 2 years. Now with an efficiently profitable trade on each one the numbers really start to soar in BB`s favor.

I understand that there are ways to get the missing points corrected but at this point the frustration of the customers is showing/growing to a point where it`s affecting if they wanna be bothered trading in at BB altogether. People are reporting "never" getting the 10%, "always having to call/pm"...which is horrible for a PAID service and one costing $120 at that. If they`re losing faith in the reps I don`t think they wanna keep interacting with more reps. At least they know doing it themselves will be on them.
