Since its launch in 2008, the Best Buy Community has had a mobile version. Currently, many people are increasingly using mobile apps; however, there aren't really any good tech support apps. Launch a mobile app for customers, employees and superusers who are on the go and want to participate in the Community.
Living in the stone age of cell phones, this wouldn't currently apply to me. However, this would definitely be nice to have on hand. "There's an app for that." Seems like there's an app for everything, so why not?
Right now, the company we use to host the Community only has an iPhone app available. I'm not sure if their roadmap for this year includes Blackbarry.
