Fortunately I am nosy so when I was searching for the availability of an item at my local Best Buy I almost quit. In searching for the availability, I only had Best Buy Stores checked and it told me that the item was unavailable. Luckily I then also checked the mobile store and now it said the item was available at the very store it previously said it was unavailable. If I had stayed with my original search, I would have looked elsewhere for my item because Best Buy indicated it wasn't available in any Toledo area store. You should change this so that it doesn't require extra strokes to determine if you have what I want or not.
I was looking for a replacement router and I decided on a Netgear unit. When I clicked on check store for availability, it gave me a page with just Best buy stores and that indicated that none were available in the Toledo area. I was going to just sign out and search the web for the product when curiosity hit and I checked the mobile only stores also. Then the page refreshed and showed that the product was in most if not all the Toledo area stores. To be honest, I don't know what the difference is between a JUST Best Buy Store and a mobile store when they are located at the same address. I thought that a mobile store might be a specialty store different from Best Buy. However, I did get my product and have it installed.
