As a couple of games that have been released within that past couple months, such as Saints Row the Third, Assassin's Creed Revelations and Uncharted 3 to just name a couple, their trade in values are significantly low. Best Buy then puts the games back on the shelf at a price of $44.99. The trade-in value of the games are about $14-$18 for newly released games. I believe that Best Buy should increase their trade-in program values significantly and include more bonus trade-ins, featuring 40%-50% more value on your trades more often. As I know for a couple people that I know, you trade in 3 games and get the price of one brand new game on your gift card. This would be excellent if best buy would do this.

@Jimmienomam,
I hear what you are saying, and from what I understand our trade-in values are already higher than some of our competitors. I do see value in your idea in regards to giving a customer an online pass with the purchase of a used game, and this is exactly why I asked for more comments.
