Have consistent pricing that matches between dot com and in store

When I shop for items at Best Buy, some products I notice are up to $5 higher then what I see online. I understand that the in store pricing of items is competitive with the other electronic chains near by , but thats a few extra dollars that many may not be able to afford. Or at least make a policy that allows us to easily get price matches with Dot.com pricing in store without all the hassle.

You are correct that depending on the market that one of our stores is located in the price on an item can be higher than it is selling for on BestBuy.com. With that said our stores should already be price matching lower prices found on BestBuy.com, and this should be a fairly easy process for each store. Thanks for the Idea!
