BestBuy needs to provide better product descriptions on the website. I recently ordered a 'Porcupine Tree: Anestheize [widescreen Limited] - DVD' (product title taken directly from the website). what I received was a  standard 2 disc DVD/Blu Ray combo pack. After some research I THINK what I received is what was listed on the website. However:

1) The product details made no mention of 2 discs, it had a track/chapter listing for one disc. And no mention of Blu Ray- there's not even a Blu Ray version listed on the site at all

2) There is nothing 'Limited' about this particular set. There was a limited edition version available but this isn't it. The product title above is MISLEADING

I could go on and on with other examples of inadequate product descriptions on titles with multiple versions available.

I don't know how many times I've seen a CD title with versions ranging in price from $10 up to $50 or more and absolutely no useful information provided to explain the differences.

Have any other users experienced lackluster descriptions of the products they are purchasing? What categories do people believe could have better descriptions? There of course has to be a balance between too much information, and not enough. Are there ways we could better describe our product offerings? Any specific ideas would be helpful.
