You need to fill the center of your store. Barnes and Noble has a coffee store (Starbucks) which complements their product. What complements your hardware devices? How do people get their soft products like media? They download the information using their computers, TV's and phones via their internet source provider. Why don't you put a Verizon store in the middle of your big box stores? Verizon (DSL and wireless internet) is now the preferred U.S. information distribution channel. Verizon is always looking to add new stores in locations near your current stores. They would be glad to fill that poorly used space in the middle of your stores. After checking into a Verizon store there is often a wait for service. While technology interested customers are waiting around, I'm sure that they would love to look around at your hardware products.
