It would be helpful for customers, and potentially more profitable for Best Buy, if you could add a link to your website for previously purchased items.  This link would be for purchases that have a potential for upgrades or optional accessories. It would be useful for items such as computers, appliances or electronics especially.  The link would allow the customer to keep track of major purchases and to quickly  see all optional items for sale related to that item.  For example, if I buy a computer I could go to the link and have the option of purchasing upgrades items such as memory, harddrives, carrying cases to protect the computer, etc.  It could include expiration and history info of the purchased warranties (Geek Squad) and renewal options.

This idea sounds like it has the potential to add value to our customers, and I would like to hear from other users what they think. I do know that all of a customer's purchases should be listed under their BestBuy.com account.
