Re: water damage to Itouch need help

Do not try to turn it on and if it is on turn it off immediately. Put it in a bowl of dry rice and let it sit for a couple days. Do not try to turn it on for at least 2 days if not 3. Or, if your parents got the protection plan that covers accidental damage, take it to the store.

Re: water damage to Itouch need help

Thank you very much... i just told our parents & i believe my lil sis is relieved to know she wont be held accountable for it... i am unsure if the protection plan was purchased but i said id pay for it if not... with a warranty.. i currently have it submerged in a ziploc bag of rice. Thank you for the speedy response!
