I have been reading so many similar experiences on here that is makes me wonder... I purchased a gas range on 10/31/09. Delviery was set for 11/19/09 no problem. Never received a call to confirm the day before. I called 4 different numbers and was transfered to numerous people who couldnt find my information in the system. After all day of this was told that I shoudl just go back to the store. It took the manager amn hour to track down and find out that they had sold my range to someone else, and of course conveinently enough there was not another available in that price range so I was offered an upgrade and to of course pay the difference. No resolution at this point, Thanks BB for being the grinch that stole ThanksGiving.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must have the expectation of one thing, and then have another thing happen. It sound like many things went wrong from beginning to end with your range purchase: not receiving a confirmation call the night before delivery, multiple transfers trying to find out the delivery status, having to wait an hour for the store manager to find your range purchase, and then to pay out of pocket for an upgraded model after your range was sold to another customer. I know I would be very upset too if something like this happened to me as well. I am very sorry for your experience.
