I took my laptop into a best buy store and it was sent out to get 6 or 7 issues dealt with. I was contacted today(exactly one month later) to pick it up and upon inspection I found that only half of the problems were addressed. The other problems were very obvious as well and listed clearly on the service form. The battery was not replaced when only holding a charge for 10 minutes, the computer does not charge unless jiggled at the charging terminal, and the up arrow key is still very obviously broken. The sd card reader does not work and was not fixed at all. All these items were on the list along with 3 more, and nothing was done. My computer is not on its way back to get worked on. I wonder how many they will take care of this time. I go to school and work on my computer and am lost without it. I spent a very large amount of money on a service plan and this is the kind of service I get?

I can imagine why you would be frustrated! Being without a computer isn’t easy – especially if you rely on it for school or business – so your disappointment at discovering that some issues may not have been addressed is certainly understandable.
