I have a couple of items (portable tv and laptop charger) that I kept past the 45 day limit for Silver Reward Members. It's between 60-90 days. Can the items be returned for store credit?

You're outside the return/exchange period, as you stated, so the store credit would be completely up to the store manager's discretion. Just take your original receipt to Customer Service and see if they'll work with you. Just remember they aren't required to, though.

Are the items open?

They have been opened, but all of the packaging and parts are inside.

If the store still carries the item and they are able to send it back to the manufacture, most store manager would not have a problem giving you store credit if asked nicely. Remember that being polite and cooperative goes MUCH farther than yelling. ![]()

Thank you Adam for your very prompt responses. I have always had amazing service at every Best Buy that I go to. We buy all of our electronics and over the past few years, our appliances too! This is my first time on the community page and I was shocked as I looked through and saw all the titles of problems people have with BB. I love the store and they usually provide service beyond what I anticipate. Also, the Geek Squad people are wonderful!!! Thanks again!
