I purchased the new iPad verizon 16gb on the day it came out. I was told that my activation would be free if I did it in the store. So I had them activate it for me. Now I have a bill that has a $36.76 activation fee on it. I have been waiting for the possiblilty that the fee would be waived, but so far it is still on the verizon bill.
When will this activation fee be waived by best buy?

During my entire time in the store that day I had three employees tell me about free activation. One of whom was in the mobile department and was doing the checkout.
