price policy is a joke

bought a monitor less then 30 days ago it went on sale $20 less in a few days now its $50 less went back to get my $30 and the manager to me i have to return the monitor get a refund and then buy a new one because we the people that spend our money at best buy have to run back and forth to get what they tell us we can have when we buy the item. I guess they want people to buy from the internet instead of supporting our local Bestbuys,,, so spend your money on out of state stores you will be better off

Monitor's have a 14 day retun policy, so if you came in within 14 days, you should get a price match. 30 day price match does not apply here.

Hello itsajoke,

It sounds like there’s confusion about our price matching policy and how it works, and the store manager should have been able to give you correct information.  I’m disappointed that we didn’t live up to your expectations when you visited the store the second time.

Best Buy®’s price match policy provides our customers a guarantee that they received the lowest price available.  The policy requires your request for a price match be during the term that the pricing is in force and that you’re within the return period for the item – in this case, 14 days for a monitor.
