This is really becoming upsetting and turning me off of best buy completely that I still can't be helped after almost 2 months. I would be very thankful if this could be resolved this week and if Jacob can't help me please refer me to someone who can instead of stringing me along. Thank you.

phone insurance

I have been trying to resolve an issue that I asked about on this board since April 18. Jacob BBY was assigned and has ignored most of my responses and still hasn't helped me. He requested a pm message from me and when I sent it I was ignored for a month even though I kept asking for an update. When I complained again after maybe 5 times he responded and now still hasn't helped me after another week has gone by I am being ignored again. I keep asking to be assigned to someone else who can actually help and will not ignore me. Is there any way I can get help ASAP or is every BBY member this unprofessional ?

If you would like immediate assistance, I would recommend making a phone call.

 

Forums/E-mail traditionally take longer as the person you are corresponding with, is generally fielding questions and communicating with multitudes of people, in addition to having to research yours and and any one else's situation.

I have already called and was given bad information then so now I came here to try to get help but I get ignored. And I think not being helped since APRIL 18 is a bit ridiculous- its not like I have been waiting only a week .
