phone insurance

I had attention phone service and cancelled a fwere months ago. The Rep on the phone told me my insurance was cancelled when my phone service was cancelled. I found out yesterday that I have still been charged every month since for my insurance. I had to call again yestress to cancel. Can I be reimputed for my insurance payments made after my phone service was cancelled?

Sorry. Auto correct. I need to know if I can be reimbursed for what I paid after my phone service cancellation.

They should be able to assist. Someone will be along, normally within 3-5 business days or you can call 1888bestbuy again. Did you request it to be cancelled when the phone service was or did you just assume that it auto cancelled?

they told me it would be cancelled when i cancelled the phone service so i didnt do a separate cancellation at the time. but i called and cancelled again on the 18th since i found out they were still taking the money out monthly, but i would like to know if i can be reimbursed from the phone service cancellation date since i was told it would be

Who told you it would be cancelled when you cancelled phone service? ATT? They may have been referring to their insurance. If you didn't call in and request a cancellation originally, they probably won't refund the money in between then and now.

Best buy told me when the phone service was cancelled the insurance would be cancelled

Average response is 3-5 business days. They just got back from the weekend yesterday. He will be in touch.
