I am so tired of this crap with this store. I know they have a private link to your site that will not show the same pricing as the regular best buy site. It is and has been their way of turning down requests for price matching!!
I went to buy Battlefield 3 special edition & the store has 4 copies. They refuse ro bring the price from 59.99 to the 24.99 listed on your site. They said "their website" lists it as an "outlet center" item. Here is the BB link so you can show me where it says that anywhere?

I am afraid I have to echo the other contributors here, this item is ineligible for a price match if it is an outlet item. As far as a 'private link' the store uses to deny a price match to our customers, I am afraid that is completely untrue. If an item qualifies for a price match, the store should be able to do a price match- it shouldn't make any difference to them. I'm sorry about your experience, but the store is correct in this situation.

Mbrguy. No worries for missing it as I am pretty sure that i know what happened. When these sales first went live 90% of the items didn't have "outlet center" next to the price where it normally is. Instead the 200+ games that got outlet status in one day had "outlet center" in the special offers section.

While still noted outlet it was not in it's usual place and a LOT of people were very mad when they were denied because it wasn't showing how it normally would. They fixed it later that day or early the next day, but it wasn't always like that.
