I cannt believe you sell this product. I thought Best Buy was in the buisness of selling quality products to its consumers. I have been waiting since December for the firm ware update. I have been through the vicous circle of calling them and your customer service to get tranfered back to Insignia. In the troubling economic times is not the time to give up customer service. I would not own a blue ray player if i had been told this form the begining. I have spent about $ 7000.00 in your store this year and i am appauled at the customer service I have recieved. THE KICKER is I can pay the GEEK SQAD 29.99 or wait til insignia sends it for free CAPITALISM and the almighty dollar thats just great oh and dont forget 35.00 ea for the movies I cannt watch.

I see what you mean. I googled for the update, and it appears on Insignia's site, but when you click it it just takes you to the home page.
