here it is people i bought a xbox 360 11-23-08, its 6mo. old still in warranty from ms, so the lights go out not rrod just go out.

any way so i take it in to bb in visaila ca.

becouse i bought the 2 year product replacement plain and they told me when i got the 2 year plain if any thing goes wrong with it all t have to do is bring it in they will give me and brand new one that day.

i called befor i went all the way 30miles!!!!

the geek manager told me sure bring it well give you a new one {after i told him it was only 6 mo. old}

so i am happy i get every thing to gather take it in to bb,the girl at the desk says we will send it off for you and you get a refurbished one.

i say what i just got off the phone with jacob let me speak with him,so he comes up and tells me

oh i thought you said you bought it in 2007 buy you got yours in 2008 we changed our plains.

we have to send it in to ms and you get a refurb. in 3 days.

at this point a am upset i told them i could send it to ms my self then he tells me well you get it in 3 days max its faster tham ms.

i would have never got the 2 year plain if i new i would not get a new one they lie and tell you things just to get you to buy it.

any way i send it off with bb i have been forced to now so it takes almost 2 weeks to get it back

i get it back and its been out of warrany with ms 1-2-09

the one i sent still had 6mo.with ms.

so i called ms they are outraged that bb is ripping people off like this they told me to write to the bbb as they are going to also go to the bbb and tell them how they are ripping people off

i spoke with the ceo of ms and if bb keeps this up it will not be fun for bb.

it hurts me becouse i buy alot of stuff at bb i will buy online from now on as will 100s of more people i just want people to know how they lie and i want to know how they sleep at nite?

i should have got a new one not a 2year old one for 300.00 it was onley 6mo old and they gave me one that has aleady been broken for 300.00

they didnot even try to fix it.

any way i thinkb i should get a new one due to the fact i was lied to and in other words i paid 300.00 for a 2year old refurbished xbox 360.

they ripped me off.

not as a proxy ms told me you guys ripped me off i have the rite to speak with real people  and yes it is s.b ceo.does bb even have a ceo?

you guys are not helping at all i thought id give you a chance to redeam this matter .

i dont think any one at bb even knows what they are doing do you your just here to talk down to people or what?

ms said you guys should make it rite for giving me junk for 300.00.

i was lied to and i know the plain changed but when i bought the plain they told me one thing and then when i went to bb the told me another dont you think thats wrong?

and i do have the email from the ceo. its will be going with my complant to the bbb.

you dont know what its like in other peoples shoes we are the ones keeping you guys in the game you guys should realize that look what happened to c.c becouse they did not have good c.s they went down people want true honest people when they buy something not lies.

so you guys keep this up and you will go out just like alot of others,are people are broke in the first place they dont need to be ripped of when they do buy something they should trust the people they buy from not dispise them.

i hope you can understand how the buyer feels im sure you would not be happy is some one stold 300.00 and then gave you 100.00 to replace it?

thats what i feel like they have done.

a vendor would be up set if they knew the retailers where ripping people off with there product,that people will no longer buy there product from the retailer?

so bthats not misrepresenting if it is thr truth.

and i have 4 witteness that do know what i was told at the time i got it.
