I purchased a HTC incrdeible and it had a problem with the external speaker. I returned it to Best Buy and they gave me a New HTC incrdeible 2 in its place and I was totally satisfied. Now I have the incredible 2 and it has problems with the SD card?????? It will flash a message every so often that reads SD card unexpectadly removed.Obviously it has not been remopved. I returned it to the Best Buy store and was told to take it home and hook it up to my computer to check updates and it would solve the problem. Ok first of all I pay 9.99 every month for a service for THEM to take care of my problems. It is such a hassle to even try to talk to the sales team there. They would rather you buy another phone than them to fix THIER problem. I strongly advise against purchashing the so called "BLACK TIE PROTECTION" . They obviously do not protect anything.

Look at it this way..
What if the update fixes it? It'll save you from having to go without your phone for a week and getting a refurbished one back...
If the update doesn't fix it? Take it back to the store, tell them, and they'll send it out.
No big deal, they were jsut trying to save you the hassle of sending out the phone if you can easily fix it yourself.

Hello bautry,
I'm sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with the Geek Squad Black Tie Protection plan on your phone. I'd like to apologize if the sales associate seemed unhelpful to your situation.
It sounds like they were giving you all the options before having to send the phone to our repair center. If you would like to have the phone sent out and receive a refurbished one under your protection plan then we'll be happy to help.
