In other words, people here are trying to blame his resignation on performance of the company and not on the fact that he was caught with his pants down...

i see a company floundering in many ways and a CEO that is more focused on relationships with a female employee than on what he was hired to do.

Married man dipping pen in company ink, I do believe that they are looking into Dunn reporting some of his travel expenses for this "Personal Problem" that does mean he possibly has used company money to pay for his affair- I feel so bad for his Family-Hope that there is not a Pre-Nup!!
