ummm i download unreal tournament 3 on the best buy site and it must be download in parts. the second part has continually failed to download for me and it says i have used all of my 15 downloads, even after i purchased the download insurance policy thing you pressed me to buy. i would like a full refund of my money or the opportunity to successfully download the game again. i am extremely livid about this situation and expect an immediate resolution.

I think I might be able to help out with this one. You must contact Digital River Customer Support through here:

BestBuy.com phone agents and email support staff are unable to provide with these digital download issues.
Additionally all refunds are processed through Digital River by logging into your account through http://games.bestbuy.com and requesting a refund of the game. You will be asked to sign a letter of software destruction and then once accepted it usually takes 2 days to process a refund to your credit card.

As a huge gamer, I know how frustrating it is when part of a game won't download or load. However, hockeycanuckjcis correct in his instructions on how to remedy this problem.
I am sorry I am unable to be of more assistance, however this site is a third party site who works with Best Buy® therefore I have no real way to assist you.
