The customer support people should be required to shop at Amazon.com for a few months to learn what good service really is. I clicked on chat to talk to customer service agent, the person admitted he did not know what the Upgrade & Save program was. The chat ended when the agent said he could not help me and he just hung up on me. Hard to believe, but I have a lesser opinion of Best Buy now. Why bother even having customer service when they are terrible?
I used Amazon customer service once and walked away satisfied.
