Best Buy & Geek Squad Policies

Yesterday I went to best buy to do use my buy back for my 32day LG nitro HD for att to find out the buy back department haven't put in the phone on their inventory becouse its so new!!! Told me I had to wait till next day, today I go back again I was told it wasn't in the system yet so I was told it could take up to a week for them to put the phone on the inventory!! Ridiculous such a high chain and they don't update their inventory!!!

Their inventory system really sucks.  It is like circa 1995 technology.  You would think that they would have a few-second JIT inventory system
