Hi,
I know this isn't the right place to post but it was the 1st of many searches to try to find an answer and the 1st place that would allow me to post as the "New Message" button wouldn't highlight.
Since before Christmas I have not been able to access bestbuy.com's website. 1 out of maybe 20 times I would hit it. What is going on with the website? I can't even get to "Contact us" without getting "Page Load Error" and "Connection Interrupted" after waiting several minutes. It also says "
"The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again."
This is extremely frustrating. Please let me know what the issue is.

could be ur internet error. and your cookie settings.
i have no problems access any features of bestbuy.com
if you have internet explorer, go to
1) tools
2) Internet Browsing
3) click on delete under browsing history (this will delete the cookies)
4) delete all.
and see if u have any trouble afterwards.

Well, I just solved the problem......sort of. Apparently their website no longer likes mozilla firefox which I have used for a very long time. I will try to contact them to see why.
Thank you for replying. I had done everything you said plus rebooted. Then I had it open with IE tab and guess what........sigh...............![]()

Kacy,
Go to your toolbar at the top of the browser Go to Tools and left click it. The popup menu will list Add-Ons. Left click the Plugins and it will show your various players and extension programs. If you have Java and Shockwave they will be listed there. Plus you can find more from Get Add-Ons.
