It's so annoying that I can't check my order status . It always auto redirects to advert page.

I haven't heard of any communicated issues surrounding this - is anyone else having difficulties viewing their order status?

Can't get www.bestbuy.com to load.

Trying toget to site to check order status as eithu mentioned.

Got an email to reschedule my tv delivery within 4 days or order is cancelled.

During my fifth disconnected phone call Friday to OnlineSales, I got through and the reps computer froze while looking at my order, phone promptly disconnected me...again.

any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need the  Order Number: BBY01 number let me know.

The server at www.bestbuy.com is taking too long to respond.

I went to BestBuy across the bay to see if they could help reschedule delivery.

They had two onsite. Took a while and a few CS phone calls but cancelled .com order and wheeled out tv today.

I just went to the Best Buy site and its working properly. Sometimes websites stall and then its current status gets cached which might reproduce the same behavior. I would clear out your temporary internet files and then try the page again.
