Can't get www.bestbuy.com to load.
Trying toget to site to check order status as eithu mentioned.
Got an email to reschedule my tv delivery within 4 days or order is cancelled.
During my fifth disconnected phone call Friday to OnlineSales, I got through and the reps computer froze while looking at my order, phone promptly disconnected me...again.
any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need the Order Number: BBY01 number let me know.
The server at www.bestbuy.com is taking too long to respond.
I went to BestBuy across the bay to see if they could help reschedule delivery.
They had two onsite. Took a while and a few CS phone calls but cancelled .com order and wheeled out tv today.
