Here I am trying to be a customer and ask legitimate questions, and your "Customer Service Specialist" disconnects me the second I ask a question. So I'm supposed to shop with Best Buy instead of Amazon because you have such amazing customer service? I'll be taking my business elsewhere...

Considering Amazon is Best Buy's biggest competitor, you'd think they would have had at least one choice on their script to address it. Regardless if I was satisfied or not with the answer I would have gotten, I wasn't given it.
I did immediately after that attempt again with another person, and they pitched to me all kinds of Geek Squad and Black Tie services like "data transfer" and the Buy Back program. Why would anyone pay to have someone remove an SD card from one phone and then put it in another phone? And how is it a benefit to me to spend even more money to buy a program that, in two years assuming I upgrade again, would net me less money than I would save by going through another retailer and buying the phone for cheaper right now?
Flaws with the price matching policy aside, the "customer service" that I was offered here was nothing short of horrendous.
