I purchased an I-Pad on December for cash and returned it on January in the store. They told me that I'll get a check into my mail. So, it is already April and I still didn't get my money back. I'm calling to the customer service every 2 weeks and I don't see any progress on getting MY MONEY back! I'm very disappointed with the customer service!

I also think that it is some interest that they don't return my money back. So, when I'm calling them they don't even give me a good point why they still didn't return the check.

Is it any reason I don't get my money back? How many times I have to call to the Customer Service to get MY MONEY back? Time is money. I already spent a few hours for calls, writing this reviews and etc. I decide if I'm not getting the money till Monday 4/16/12 I'm going to reach Better Business Bureau.

They are clearly stealing your money and keeping it to get interest off of it.

Wow, this is most frustrating for you and I do apologize for the delay in getting your refund to you. I'd like to get more information from you so I can do a thorough investigation as to what's going on.
