VERIFY WITH YOUR CARRIER THAT YOUR PLAN WAS NOT CHANGED!

Just got my first mobile bill since getting my new phones on 1-19-12.  My normal bill was around $150.00 a month for 3 phones.  This months bill was over $400.00 the clerk that waited on me not only upgraded my phones but changed my plans.  All they were to do was upgrade me to my new smart phone and put on the required data plan.  They took off services that we had and the monthly bill more than doubled.  This is unacceptable.

Have you contacted the store or your carrier? It sounds like a mistake or error took place on your activation, which could be pretty easily rectified. The sales consultant wouldn't have any incentive to change your plan.

trust me a huge error happened.  They changed each phone to an indivdual plan, tripling our bill.  All they were to do was add a data plan for the 2 new phones.  It took 2 phone calls and over 3 hours to get it straightened out.  They did not want to credit it us for the time from the date the plan was changed at best buy until we caught it yesterday.  The bill arrived  saying we owe$411.81 once they were done with credits we now owe $210.61 which is about what I expected.  However I lost 3 hours of my night fighting with customer service.  Not something I enjoy doing
