Terrible experience with best buy/geeksquad

I purchased a Panasonic 50 plasma tv and bought the geek squad black tie warranty to go with it.   One night while watching the power to the TV just went out.  I called bestbuy and they set me up with a  guy who went over some trouble shooting tips with me.  Nothing worked so since it was still under warranty they set me up with a repair company who would come out and look at it.   Two days later I call back since I have not heard form anyone and they tell me the repair compnay cant make it and they set me up with another compnay.   The next day that company calls and tells me they are going out of buisness and that I should contact bestbuy to set up with someone else.   I get set up with a third company and they guy calls the next day.  I tell him what happened and what the tvs doing and he tells me he doesnt need to come look it.  He says he know exactly what the problem is and he'll order the part right away and call me in a couple a days to set an appointment.  A week and half of me calling and leaving him messages he finally picks up the phone and tells me my part is in and he'll come out tomorrow to install it.  He comes and the part and hes so sure is the problem doesnt fix it.  He says he'll need to order additional partparts to repair it.  He tells me he'll order another part over night and be out the next day or the day after to install and if that doesn't fix he'll have to order additional parts.  It's been a week since he's been here and  I can't reach him again and he wont return my calls.  I called bestbuy/geeksquad to see if they can do anything to speed this process up its been a month and  my TV has only been looked at once. They won't do anything about it.   At this pace if  this part doesnt fix it I'll be looking at almost 2 months without this TV working.  This experience is making me regret buyig my TV from Bestbuy and I absolutley will never deal with geek squad again.

Update.  The repair center called and now he is saying teither he ordered the wrong part or they sent him the wrong part.  So even more delays.  He told me he will try to get the right part in if its available but he isnt sure.  Also this Alan guy who was supposed to contact me never did.  It just keeps getting worse.   Ive called bestbuy/geeksquad and made them aware of the latest set back.  Still no resolution.  Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Average response is 3-5 business days. Give him some time.

You just posted in a public forum.  Did you ask a question?  I have not asked a question in any of my posts.  Im perfectly aware of what is happening.  Im just stating facts about my experience with bestbuy/geeksquad so maybe someone else wont make the same mistakes I did by doing buisness with them.  If I had known this is how they would treat a loyal customer before I make my TV purchase, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Just stating facts.  So was CrystalWoW.  They will get to you in 3 - 5 business days.

And Im still stating facts by saying no one asked her or you how long it would take for someone to get back at me.  Youre completely missing my point but Im sure if you ddint work for geeksquad you might see things differently.  Like I said Ithe point of my message was to make people aware of how bestbuy/geeksquad does business.
