I was in Best Buy twice to get my computer fixed. The first time I work with a younger gentlemen who was very nice and helpful. When I went to go pick my computer up an older man with glasses got me my computer. He was so completely rude to me. But I only had to deal with him for a little bit so it wasn't a big deal. When I left I said thank you and he didn't say anything and walked away. I just figured I wouldn't have to deal with him anymore so I didn't day anything. But today I went back to get help with my computer. And lucky me the same man was there to help. (sense any sarcasim?) I asked him to downlaod a couple things on my computer and he argued with me the whole time about it. He kept saying that I downloaded stuff that I didn't. I can't even explain how rude he was. But one thing I will say that when I left I was crying because he was so rude to me. You should never treat a customer the way he did.

I cannot condone his rudeness, but if he looked at your computer and he found that you had downloaded things, either by choice or by visiting websites that sevretly download malware onto your computer, then he was probably trying to help you by telling you that.
You do nto seem to be very computer literate. I would suggest you look for a local PC users group and attend a couple of their mettings. You'll find all kinds of people there, from newbies just like yourself to seasoned computer professionals who can teach you just about anything you want to know about computers.

When you say "downloading" did you mean downloading something from the internet, or did you mean installing software on your computer?
