Terrible Service @ Newington, NH BB

Brought in a TV for repair that I bought at the same BB only 1.5 yrs earlier. I have never complained before and I don't expect much of anything from the large corporate BB. If someone at the store does actually pick up, I get a different story each time, hung-up on, no follow through, price repair change, disrespectful service. I will never shop at a BB again. I'm sure I'm not even a pimple on BB backside, but at least I can live with myself. I've always shopped at BB, never again.

I was disappointed to read that you’re not getting the response you’re expecting from the local store.  You should always be treated respectfully and receive the information that you’ve called upon us to provide.  I offer my personal apologies that we’re not living up to your expectations of us.
