Absolutely horrible customer service all around. Had a Samsung fridge with a 5 year warranty go bad on a Friday. They sent a service man(geek squad) out to look at it the next day. He had to order a part for the fridge. We were told that he could not get the part in until Tuesday. But, he could not get scheduled to be back until Thursday. Showing up on Thursday he informed us that the proper parts were not sent. The warranty is, if the item can not get fixed with in seven days. They will credit you the amount you purchased toward a new one.
We went on a Friday and purchased a new fridge. Purchasing the new fridge, we were told that it could not be delivered for a full week. So, the next Friday the crew showed up to install the new fridge. While installing the fridge one of the men could not get the water line to connect to the fridge. He said the fridge valve's treads were bad, and kept stripping the hoses threads. He then said he would put a work order in for this to be fixed.
Waiting to hear from them for a little over a week we finally called. The customer service rep told us that we were suppose to call to arrange the new fridge's valve getting fixed. So, that Thursday we set up a date for the service tech to come out. However, they could not get someone here until the next Tuesday.
So today, the service man showed up. A part was never ordered for him to fix the valve and he has infromed me that it will be not till next Friday that they could possibly get the part. We shall see if the part comes in on time or not.
