TV delivered damaged.

The new Samsung HL67A750 delivered to my home on 11/14/2008 had a cracked screen and front case. The deliverer noted that on the slip and suggested I contact Best Buy for repair. Does any one have the correct contact information and procedure for getting the set fixed?

Hello rdorman,

I’m sorry to hear that your new TV was delivered damaged.  It’s certainly unfortunate that you need to schedule service right after delivery.  To answer your question, you may schedule a technician to visit by calling our in-home service department at 888-BEST-BUY and asking to schedule a TV repair. 

If you prefer, the product can certainly be returned to your local store (or pick up can be arranged) for an exchange or refund.  This must be done within 30 days of the delivery date.
