Most installs take a wiring harness, dash mounting kit, and an antenna extension. Add those all up plus install price and you're looking at about $120

Best Buy actually stopped offering free standard installation with the purchase a new car stereo several years ago.  In place of this promotion, our retail stores offer installation services starting at $49.99.  Additional bundle offers can sometimes be found in our weekly advertisements, but for more information I would encourage you to check out the following link:

As far additional parts are concerned, both JustusRyan and cr_client are correct – the costs of these parts (wiring harnesses, mounting kits, etc) are not factored into our flat-rate service fees.
