I went to the Chelsea Best Buy last night (this morning) and waiting in line for my copy of SC2. Midnight rolls around. . . nothing happens. 12:15. . . still nothing. 12:30 . . . store still closed.
The Best Buy site said this store would be open for the SC2 midnight release. Other customers in the line were very upset too. We were getting ready to form an angry mob (just kidding).
I called Best Buy corporate last night and they said this similar incident happened nationwide with midnight opening stores not opening. So what was the logistical disconnect that forced several of your customers to waste their time waiting in front of a store?
The Best Buy site still lists the event

P.S. The the time of this writing, your 'Contact Us' page isn't working either (it won't submit my input)

Hello MrGrumbles,
Since I am a gamer myself, I can totally understand your frustration when you were unable to get your copy of SC2 at our Chelsea store the other night. It sounds like from what you stated, we left multiple people disappointed after the store did not open. I truly apologize for any inconvenience this caused to you.
I want to continue our conversation further via private message and gather some information from you. To view your private message, first ensure you are logged into our forums and click on the envelope icon in the upper right hand corner.

Talked to Ryan and got an acceptable resolution
Was there a reason the store didn't open? My hypothesis is that whoever was suppose to open was playing SC2 and forgot
