Went to my local Best Buy this morning to buy a GPS.  Checked prices online and saw that the one I want is on sale.  Best Buy is also offering a trade in if you bring in your old GPS.  Sounds like a great deal.  I went in and started to process my trade in and then they tell me that I won"t get the sale price.  All of a sudden it's not such a great deal.  I guess I'll go elsewhere.

I don't think that is correct since it says "Plus, get your GPS receiver's trade-in value, and additional sale-price savings" on the website. I would print that out and try again and if they argue, have them look at the terms on the site.

I brought the print out with me.  It was pretty clear but they told me the system would not allow them to give both discounts.
