Dear BestBuy  Customer Service REP,

I was planning to buy Samsung 46ln46a850 from Bestbuy, As i was looking around local F-R-Y's store had the same TV for 1398$ , where as in BB has it for 1799$. I went to the store and explained them i have been buying from BB for a long time , i would purchase it from you guys can u match the price , because thats what you guys referred in your website. But the manager refused to match price.

The store i went is in Lake Woodlands Dr,77382 (Houston,tx)

The F-r-y's Store is wthin in local market area and is in Houston, tx.

So could you help me out and suggest me what to do?

where to buy in BestBUY or F-r-y's.

Any suggestions are welcome

Did they give you a reason why it was refused? Was the competitor possibly out of stock? As long as the store is in the area, it should've been honored.

The competitor had the item in stock, because they called the local competitor and asked to check whether it was the same thing.

The reason the manager said was that he cannot match it becasue its too low....

Then why is BEST BUY is having a thing called STORE PRICE MATCH  if you are not going to do it.

The manager should not have said that. As long as the PM falls within the guidelines, no price is too low.

It will most likely take a few days for a CC to respond. Remember, there are many customers but few CCs.

Thats the help i need from the community connector,

i like BB and i wanna buy from there and it is closer to my home. 

I want to buy before the deal ends in F-R-Y-'s , if BB is not going to do it then i will go there and buy it.

and i would try my best not to shop on BB any more for not honoring their rules.

I would appreciate any help from any of the community connectors.

LN46A850 is the model number(from SAMSUNG)

type it on both the website search boxes.

I would jump all over that at frys.

The store with the Best price wins.

Star i like BB a tad better on service...thats the reason i am asking the rep to help me out before i go to the other store and buy it.

Its Best Buy LOSS not mine...

Like I said, it's very unlikely that you'll receive a response now, especially since the work day is over. You'll most likely have to wait until Thursday.
