So I just have to have my TV keep glitching out for 30 days, have someone come and fix it, and if the problem persists, wait another 30 days and call and have them come again? And repeat until I hit the magic number?
Solid policy, I hope I don't get so frustrated with my glitchy TV that I "accidentally" throw a chair at it.
Just because the community connector said you get a 30 day service guarantee with it doesn't mean you HAVE to wait 30 days to call them out to attempt a repair on it again to get to the 4th repair quicker. If you feel there's still something wrong with it and it's only a week after the service call, call them up and have them come out.
