Return policy Question

Hello. I purchased a Samsung notebook last week and just learned that it will not work properly with the engineering software that I need to use. So I would like to return it;however, I do not have ALL of the original packaging. I have the original box with the foam inside of it, as well as all documentation and all cords. Could I still return the laptop for a refund even though I don't have every single piece of the original packaging? Thanks.

Re: Return policy Question

As long as all the important things are still there, you're fine.

Unfortunately, that's the bad luck of any electronic, there's going to be bad Apples... wait that's a horrible pun.
