Hello, 

what is "Damaged" item they won't accept when returning?

i recently bought a laptop (hp pavilion g7-2275dx) and i have been using less than a month and it had stopped working on the 14th of January. I contacted hp support forums and the person helping me told me that the maybe the CPU needs to be replaced.And I was wonder if bestbuy would count this as damaged so I couldn't return this laptop.

As long as the damage was not a result of the unit being mishandled, the return will be allowed.

As long as it isn't physically damaged (cracked screen, shattered case) generally Best Buy will accept the return.
