Aight i know its doubtful but I bought NCAA12 about 3 weeks ago and i played it turned off my xbox then came back and wanted to play it again and it was broken.  It never came out of my xbox.  all my other games still work so its not my xbox.  can i trade it in for the same game or something. i remember hearing something about a 30 day warranty

I was surprised to hear that your NCAA12 disc stopped so soon after you purchasing it! This would have been very frustrating to me as well, if a game I had just recently bought stopped working. I am sorry for any disappointment caused by this.

While returns are not permitted on open media items, such as video games, we do allow exchanges within 30 days of the purchase of the item if it is defective. The exchange must be for the exact same item as was purchased. If you bring the game and the purchase receipt to one of our Best Buy® stores, they should be able to assist with the exchange process. If for some reason you do not have the receipt, they also may be able to look up the purchase for you.
