Dear BB,
I had problems with my desktop, called Best Buy customer service while i was in the USA and been given a Service Request Number on the 28th of January 2009.
Since i am living in Italy right now, i sent the desktop to the local HP Authorized Repair Center on the 25th of Febraury and followed the procedure of sending the invoice for the repairment with a copy of the purchase receipt and a copy of the PSP to BB Reimbursement in Montana.
By the way, i just received a letter from N.E.W. telling me that the Service Request Number is not valid so they are not able to reimburse me.
I have been trying to contact the 1-800-556-56565 but they told me that this is not the number of
BB International.
I called then the 1-866-278-9056 and they told me to call the previous number.
I would be glad if somebody would like to tell me how i can get to the actual international
customer service and get a valid Service Request Number.

The best way to connect with the team is by dialing your country's exit code + 800-556-56565; since you are in Italy, it would be 00+800-556-56565.
