I can understand the frustration of having to wait 2 months for a product that you have already begun to make payments on and yet still have no guarantee of delivery on but the blame is being put on the wrong company.
The blame is to the manufacturer that makes the deal with the retailer to offer a product at a discounted rate through the retailer and then waits to actually go into production on the product AFTER the advertised sale.
I purchased a new stove through a local retailer several years ago and at the time of purchase the manufacturer had yet to actually start producing the stove in stainless steel and it took over a month after the initial expected in-stock date before I finally received my stove. I didn't bother complaining to the retailer I purchased it from knowing that the item was in the production process and after spending that much on the stove I did not want the manufacturer to rush the order through since I wanted to make sure the workmanship would stand up to years of use.

Agreed. The delivery experience is terrible. I'm on hold now with customer service. Today the delivery guys messed up our third delivery attempt. Excuses, excuses. been on hold for 1 hour and 24 minutes so far.
Still no answer on when we will get our refigerator. amazing.

If you have a specific issue that you would like addressed, and are unable to make any progress with the corporate 888 number, please post it in a new thread, and a Best Buy agent will try to assist you. Posting replies on threads that were resolved over a year ago (as you did in other threads) is NOT an acceptable way to participate in the community.
