Ok so afte rmy pm, yesterday I did not get a call form the store, went to pick it up, had to show them your pm, and ups tracking info then they produced a xbox. I got it home, and it is very loud and the top heats up. Should I return it again? What should I expect another "7-10" buisness day delay?

Why? Is there something to hide? Do you see anything that is considered private in those reposnses? Nokia, Are you an employee or trying to assist to resolve a customer service issue? If not please let Best Buy/Geek Squad respond to these issues.
